Contains: Full Spectrum water-soluble CBD oil derived exclusively from plants, rich in flavonoids and terpenes including myrcene, caryophyllene, pinene, limonene, and linalool. Full-spectrum cannabinoids including CBDa, CBD, CBC, and CBN. Guaranteed less than 0.2% THC. Also contains curcumin.

10ml CBD content: 400mg, equal to 4% of formula.

Using this oil

Low and Slow! Our Bio CBD is water-soluble. Pump the desired dose into a glass of water, juice, tea or coffee and stir.

Initial dosage

1 pump will dispense approximately 0.2ml of the formula which provides 8mg of CBD.

Adjusting your dosage

As the effects of CBD can vary from individual to individual, we suggest you experiment to find the best dose for you. Begin by taking 1 pump a day in a drink of your choice. Increase your initial dosage of 1 pump per day to 2 or more, until you find what works best for you. Keep a detailed journal of your progress.
