Finding your perfect fit
- Your CBD journey. Depending on your tastes and preferences there are multiple ways to add CBD products to your day. Everyone is different and so to everyone’s CBD journey. Pick one, or better still give us a call or a message and we can help you get there.
- Find your starting point. Start with a small amount. The FSA recommended daily intake is 10mg of CBD, so start there and let your results guide your usage. Ask a Flora Fusion team member on your selected product and how to work it out.
Lets use our Bio product as an example:
- Always shake the bottle well.
400mg Water Soluble CBD oil
- Water soluble oil. Press the handy pump action bottle which will dispense a small amount of the Bio oil into a glass of water. Swirl until absorbed and drink. If there is residue remaining in the glass refill water and drink that too.
- Stay the course. Take your CBD product daily alongside your other health protocols, ideally at the same time, for best results. Do not take at the same time as medication.
How much to take?
- Start at the start. Notice how you feel and adjust usage based on your stress levels, mood, and well-being. Start at 10mg per day.
An example:
- Bio Oil is 400mg of CBD in a 10ml bottle
- Each Bottle holds approx. 50 pumps of oil
- Each pump contains approx. 2mg of CBD however has a sophisticated supporting plant chemical profile
- Therefore start with 2 to 3 pumps for at least 2 weeks and increase at a pump a time and experiment safely until you see results.
Additionally, depending on your specific condition and needs, you may need to adjust the usage until you find the perfect balance between symptom relief and maximum benefit without any adverse side effects.
