Using this oil

Low and Slow! Our Bio CBD is water-soluble. Pump the desired use into a glass of water, juice, tea or coffee and stir.

Initial usage

1 pump will dispense approximately 0.2ml of the formula which provides 8mg of CBD.

Adjusting your usage

As the effects of CBD can vary from individual to individual, we suggest you experiment to find the best use for you. Begin by taking 1 pump a day in a drink of your choice. Increase your initial usage of 1 pump per day to 2 or more, until you find what works best for you. Keep a detailed journal of your progress.
