Using this oil

The best way to take our Hemp+ CBD oil is sublingually (under the tongue) where it can pass directly into the bloodstream.

Initial usage

A full dropper will dispense approximately 1ml (20 drops) of oil which provides 50mg of CBD. 2.5mg of CBD per drop!

Adjusting your usage

As the effects of CBD can vary from individual to individual, we suggest you experiment to find the best use for you. Increase your use by 2 drops at a time until you find what works best for you. We recommend keeping a detailed journal of your progress.
