How to use

Squeeze the desired use onto a clean finger and place the paste under the tongue.

Usage

Each mark on the syringe measures a use of 0.2ml which contains 33mg of CBD. 1ml contains 165mg of CBD. Start with a grain of rice-sized measure, then increase the use incrementally as desired. We recommend customers keep a detailed journal of their progress. It is important to remember that everyone is unique and so too their individual CBD journey!
