Usage Guidance: One of the quickest ways to experience the benefits of CBD paste is to take it sublingually. Simply place your desired dose under your tongue, let it dissolve slowly, and swallow after a minute or two. Each mark on the syringe measures a dose of 0.2ml. We recommend taking 0.1ml per day, increase dosage by 0.1ml until you find what works best for you. Low and Slow. 0.2ml will dispense approximately 33mg of CBD.
