Lets use our Pro product as an example:

· 500mg CBD oil

· Sublingual oil. Place oil under your tongue and hold it for a short period then swallow

· Stay the course. Take your CBD product daily alongside your other health protocols, ideally at the same time, for best results. Do not take at the same time as medication.

How much to take?

• Start at the start. Notice how you feel and adjust usage based on your stress.

An example:

· Pro Oil is 500mg of CBD in a 10ml bottle

· Each Bottle holds approx. 200 drops of Oil

· Each drop contains approx. 2.5 mg of CBD
